A digital slate and take log for iPhone and iPad. It marks the take and then keeps the record — so the day's log already exists when you wrap, instead of being reconstructed from a photograph of a whiteboard.
Where it stands
Version 1 is built and tested, and it's free — no in-app purchase, no subscription, nothing to unlock. It is the on-set front end of ForjFilm for Mac, and it works on its own if that is all you need.
| Slates the take | Scene, slate, take and the roll, on a screen the camera can read. |
| Keeps the log | Every take is written to a durable on-device log as it happens. Close the app, drop the phone, run out of battery — the takes are still there. |
| Hands off the day | Export through the share sheet as a CSV for editorial, or a PDF daily take report for production. |
| Nothing to sign into | No account, no in-app purchase, no cloud. It does not need a signal, which matters because sets rarely have one. |
