One film, from script to release.
A desktop app for independent filmmakers. The script, the breakdown, the schedule, the shoot and everything after it live in one file on your own Mac — not in eleven subscriptions that each own a piece of your production.
Where it stands
In heavy development and moving fast — the most active thing on this site. The screenplay editor, the breakdown and the data model are real; notes, the beat board and the later phases are being built now.
What it does
| Writes the script | A screenplay editor that reads and writes Fountain and Final Draft files, so the script moves in and out without being held hostage. |
| Breaks it down | The script becomes the production: scenes, elements, the schedule and the day — carried forward instead of retyped into the next tool. |
| Local first | Your film is a file on your disk, in SQLite. It opens without a network, an account, or a company still being in business. |
| AI is optional | Off by default, and bring your own key. Nothing is sent anywhere unless you switch it on and say where. |
| Mac first | Built native-feeling on macOS rather than as a web app in a window. |
The Production Binder
A reference written alongside the app: how each stage of a production is actually done, what the people are called, which documents they write and who receives them, and how each stage hands off to the next. Eighteen chapters from development to distribution, plus a glossary.

Shared privately while it's being finished — you'll be asked to sign in with the address the link was sent to.
Guides
Free reference guides written alongside the app — what the tools cost, what each is actually for, and which one fits the job. The first compares the seven post-production systems that matter; more are coming on 3D software, cameras and the rest of the kit.

Why it exists
Independent productions run on a pile of tools that don't talk: the script in one app, the breakdown in a spreadsheet, the schedule in another subscription, the contacts in a phone. Every hand-off is retyping, and every retype is a chance to be wrong on the day. One file that carries the film from the first draft to delivery is a smaller idea than it sounds, and nobody has quite built it for people working at this scale.
